Do I need to have any cleaning supplies or equipment at home?
No. Verdi Living provides everything you need for your cleaning, including eco–friendly products and professional tools. This is especially helpful for clients who don‘t own equipment or prefer not to store it.
What if my home hasn't been cleaned in a while?
There‘s no judgment here. Homes go through seasons, and we‘re here to support you through all of them. If it‘s been a while, we simply recommend starting with a deeper or seasonal clean so your space can reset beautifully.
How do you decide whether my home needs a standard, seasonal, or deep clean?
We assess the home’s condition, the level of buildup, and the areas you want to prioritize. Each tier is designed to meet different needs, and we‘ll guide you to the option that delivers the best results.
Do I need to tidy before you arrive, or can you work as things are?
You don‘t need to prepare your home for us. We can work with lived–in spaces, and we‘re comfortable navigating everyday clutter. If there are specific items you‘d like us to avoid or focus on, just let us know.
What happens if I'm not home during the cleaning?
Many clients prefer to be away while we work. We can arrange secure access through a key, code, concierge, or lockbox — whatever feels most comfortable for you. Your home is always treated with care and respect.
How do you handle delicate or sentimental items?
We take a gentle, intentional approach. If there are items you‘d like us to avoid moving or touching, simply point them out. We‘re happy to clean around them to ensure they remain safe.
Are eco-friendly products as effective as traditional cleaners?
Yes. We use high–quality, non–toxic products that clean effectively without harsh chemicals or artificial scents. They‘re safe for homes with children, pets, and sensitivities.
What if I have pets?
Pets are welcome. We just ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. If your pet is anxious around new people or noise, you may want to secure them in a separate room for their comfort.
Can I request specific focus areas or recurring priorities?
Absolutely. Every home and lifestyle is different. You‘re welcome to share any areas you‘d like us to pay extra attention to — whether it‘s the bathroom, kitchen, floors, or general reset. We can also maintain these priorities on a recurring basis.
